Pamela Valencia is an associate attorney at Dennis M. Sandoval, A PLC.  She received her J.D. from University of New Mexico School of Law and her LL.M. from New York University School of Law. She is a certified as a Legal Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization.

 

Prior to joining the Sandoval firm in 2007, Pamela worked with several estate planning and tax law firms in Northern California. For the Sandoval firm, she handles estate planning, conservatorship, probate and tax controversy clients, as well as some of the firm’s litigation matters.  Pamela has a special interest in working through the complexities of estate planning for same-sex couples and unmarried partners.

 

Pamela served as a Co-Chair or Chair of the Estate Planning Section for the Riverside County Bar Association from 2008 through 2010 and 2011 until June, 2013. She has served as treasurer, secretary and vice president of the Southern California Chapter of the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA).
