Guns: What Estate Related Professionals Should Know
The State of California is estimated to be home to 19.9 million firearms. What do estate related professionals need to know about firearm ownership, transfer and possession in order to properly advise clients and carry out their wishes?
The Estate Planning Council of San Bernardino County is pleased to welcome attorney Nickolaus Buchholz to present at the December meeting on this important topic. The presentation will include a discussion of the following:
