AND CHOCOLATE!\n \npresented by EPCSB and Parliament Chocolate \n \nLearn how to taste chocolate like a pro!\n \nJoin us on May 19th for the last virtual meeting of the year and meet Ryan Berk, owner of Parliament Chocolate in Redlands, who will share with us the chocolate process from selecting the beans to final production of the chocolate bar, and everything in between.  Parliament Chocolate is a small chocolate producer in downtown Redlands and has been open since 2014. \n \nMr. Berk will provide us with a short introduction on the history of chocolate, an explanation of how chocolate is sourced, fermented and dried, and how Parliament Chocolate selects the farmers.   All of those attending will receive chocolate samples prior to the event for the chocolate tastings as we learn about chocolate pairings.  You will discover some of the factors that influence the flavor such as the source of the cacao beans and the percentage of cacao in the chocolate.  This event may change the way you taste and think about chocolate.\n \n Please mark your calendars and RSVP below!\n
