Mr. Bjelland has been in private practice for over three decades, focusing on ERISA, employee benefits, and executive compensation. He has extensive experience administering and operating plans, both as a third party administrator and as a fiduciary. Mr. Bjelland has drafted thousands of plan documents and has conducted audits on behalf of the United States Department of Labor and the Internal Revenue Service.
